Colin has four years of civil engineering experience with special interest in earth work. He interned in Land Transport Authority (LTA) for three months overlooking earthworks for the Mandai depot. With his extensive experience in earthworks, he fully comprehends the needs for constructing a walkway and its obstacles to ensure safety.
