If I was asked to discuss one takeaway from my technical proposal project, it would be teamwork. Teamwork not only teaches me to compromise when all group members have different views but also listening, as being a leader does not mean you are always right. Organizing the team to be on track and time management do not show how well a leader is good at leading but tells how good the team is united to finish the task at hand. I am also very thankful for my team, SIT FC, for helping me by placing themselves in my role when I am not available to be there. It is a hard period for me, but they are all fully willing to lend a hand on top of all their busy assignments.
To conclude, this module was a fruitful and productive one and given me the motivation and confidence. From here and out, I will further improve my communication skills as I said earlier, learning never stops.

Well done Colin! I do believe that organising the team and working together synchronisingly is a pleasant thing to experience! It is wonderful that your team members are able to understand you and the situation you have put through and its great that i have seen you improve with writing as well as presentations at the end of the moudle. I hope that with the skills that you have learnt, you will be able to excel in any task given to you.

Dear Colin,
ReplyDeleteThis is a comprehensive reflection. You address some of the ways you were able to achieve the goals you had set for yourself at the start of the module. You also focus on teamwork in terms of a key learning. In that regard, it's great that your teammtes were able to step up and support you when that needed to happen.
Best wishes as you continue your learning journey!
Brad
